UNCONVENTIONAL SOLUTIONS
FOR THE ISSUES OF THE FUTURE.
Already a long-term companion for the technologies of tomorrow
We have been supporting research projects in Germany and abroad with our products for 10 years. With our experience and manufacturing expertise, we support universities and research institutions such as the Max Planck Institute for plasma physics, the Helmholtz Institute, CERN, DESY and numerous other institutions.
Our solutions are part of projects such as the Wendelstein 7-X and ITER fusion device. Dockweiler technology is also used in the ESO’s ALMA, the world's largest radio telescope.
Surface qualities according to your needs
In order to meet the complex requirements during the manufacturing process, Dockweiler offers the optimum material and surface quality for each production step.
The most innovative solutions result from dialogue!
Cryostat manifold for the Wendelstein 7-X fusion device
In close cooperation with our customers and suppliers, we are already developing solutions that are used in state-of-the-art plasma fusion devices such as Wendelstein 7-X or the international ITER research project. In addition to new and renewable energies, we are also equipping other research projects with our stainless steel tube systems - such as the astronomical observatory operated by the European Southern Observatory (ESO) in the Chilean Atacama Desert in the Andes.
- Specialist for metallurgy and optimization of stainless steel surfaces
- Production specialist for complex geometries
- Compliance with tolerances with extreme dimensional accuracy specifications
- Development of joint solutions in close cooperation with the customer
We are here to support you!
