Dockweiler valves provide highly reliable, hygienic and efficient control in your production process. Depending on industry and application, ball valves or T-valves are used.

T-Valves are a combination of a premium diaphragm valve and high-quality stainless steel tube. The outlet of a T-piece is orbital welded to a valve body.

We classify our ball valves into three-part and one-part versions. Depending on the size and area of the application, the ball valves are available with weld-on ends, VCR, cutting ring screw connection or flange connection. For valves with a cutting ring screw connection our VSR80 tube is the ideal combination.

General Fields of Application:

Ball valves:

Our one-piece ball valves are used in laboratories, in the field of special gases and for connecting devices. As a rule, small diameters are used here.

Larger cross-sections are used in production processes in the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries. Three-part ball valves are used here.

 

T-Valves:

The T-valve closes the gap between conventionally connected standard diaphragm valves and cost-intensive block valves. The result is a hygienic connection for pharmaceutical processes with optimized dead space.
