Mechanical and electrochemical processes for the finest inner surfaces

For reliable manufacturing processes we offer specific inner surfaces from bright finished to electropolished. With our decades of experience in mechanical and electrochemical surface treatment and finishing, we offer top quality for your applications.

In electrochemical processes, material is specifically removed. In the anodic process, material is cleaned by removing 3 to 5 µm. In the electropolishing process, material removal is significantly higher. It is up to 20 µm. This results in an extremely smooth and glossy surface. And this at a quality of Ra ≤ 0.13 µm (24 µin).

In addition to standard fittings and tubes, we are also able to purify complex special components such as manifolds, CIP lances and bubblers.
