We are a pioneer in the production of UHP tube systems. Since the introduction of personal computers in the early 1980s we have developed and manufactured CFOS and UHP tubes and fittings for the semiconductor industry. Today Dockweiler offers stainless steel tube systems and components for all UHP media and processes. From thick walled UHP pipes right through to prefabricated cleanroom manifolds Options for flexible UHP gas connections, UHP process vessels and secure connection systems complete the product range.

The Dockweiler plus for your semiconductor applications

In order to meet the ever increasing demands for surface quality and purity, we manufacture products for the semiconductor industry in our own ISO Class 4 cleanrooms. Here, high purity assemblies such as process vessels and complex manifolds are

  • welded
  • assembled
  • tested
  • packaged
     

Upon customer request, we also carry out helium leak tests, residual moisture and particle measurements in the cleanroom environment. The complex assemblies prefabricated in the cleanroom reduce the entire installation and acceptance process of your system.

As an engineering partner, Dockweiler offers made-to-order installation solutions to meet the highest requirements for purity and precision.
