Highest quality for the transport of sensitive media in pharmaceutical and biotechnology

Safetron is our premium product for the transport of liquids. The pipes and fittings are available in metal-coated and electropolished versions with a Ra of up to 0.25 μm.

Safetron grades correspond to hygiene classes H4 to HE5 according to DIN 11866/11865/11864. With a defined ferrite content of ≤ 0.5%, they are particularly corrosion resistant. By welding tests we guarantee best weldability.

All tubes and fittings are then individually cleaned with a suitable cleaning medium, capped and welded in robust foil.

Typical applications

Safetron has been specially developed for the production and transport of sensitive media - mainly liquids. The applications include:

Production of pharmaceutical agents
Use in reactors, fermenters, SIP and blood plasma products
Production of WFI, serums and parenterals
