The Minister of Education of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Bettina Martin, as well as the representatives of the department for vocational training and the president of the Chamber of Commerce (IHK zu Schwerin), Matthias Belke, visited us on 15th August 2019 and this not without reason. For the 5th time we have received the award „TOP-Ausbildungsbetrieb“ of the Chamber of Commerce due to the very good educational results of our trainees. During the visit the guests got an overview of the aspects that make these stable training results possible.
Our training officer Zara Gottschalk spontaneously involved some of our trainees in the visitor program. The young colleagues reported in an open-minded and motivating way of what they learn and experience at Dockweiler and coincidently they created a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere during the brief visit of the minister.
