Can excess ordered material be returned?

A return agreement can be offered if required. The conditions must be agreed in advance.

Can I also use my own parcel service or forwarding agent for unfree shipments?

Yes. In this case, we need your customer number for the company or you order pick-up yourself. Please provide an e-mail address for us to notify you that your consignment is ready for pick-up.

Can packaging material be returned?

Yes, packaging can be returned in accordance to the Packaging Law.

Does Dockweiler also offer digital certificates?

Dockweiler's online WebCert tool developed in-house offers a simple and customer-friendly solution for digital certificate and certificate management. All documents can be accessed worldwide over the internet. A simple search also makes it possible to find documents from past orders. Dockweiler WebCert

Does Dockweiler also supply compression or cutting ring fittings?

No. We provide orbital weldable tubes and fittings. We would be happy to work with you to design a solution that can be installed without welding.

Does Dockweiler have a BSE / TSE / ADI free / NACE certificate?

Does Dockweiler issue long-term supplier declarations for its products?

Unfortunately, you cannot receive a long-term supplier's declaration from us. However, we will be happy to issue individual supplier’s declarations. Please request them along with your order or contact our sales department.Contact

Does Dockweiler offer material for oxygen applications?

Material can be offered in CFOS (Clean for Oxygen Service). For this we need a clear specification of the cleaning class.

For which pressure levels are your fittings designed?

We do not normally perform pressure checks. However, we are happy to offer and perform them as an additional service. Another option is production according to the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). These fittings, specially manufactured according to this standard, are available separately if required.
