Dockweiler Asia' in Khao Yoi/Thailand (approx. 100 km southwest of Bangkok) is specialised in the production of stainless steel tubes and fittings for the entire Dockweiler Group. Specialists from production, quality assurance and logistics (with a storage area of almost 7,000 square metres) supply partners and customers worldwide from here - but especially in the APAC region.

The installed automated grinding, electropolishing, passivation and ultrasonic cleaning systems ensure process reliability and maximum production efficiency. With 250m2 of clean room space in ISO Class 4 (FD Class 10) and a state-of-the-art ultrapure water treatment plant, the company meets not only the ASME-BPE and ISO 9001 certified processes for the pharmaceutical industry, but also the ultra-high-purity (UHP) requirements of the semiconductor industry (in ASTM, JIS and SEMI industry standards) for particle-free, perfect surfaces. In addition, the company has already been awarded by the local government for its exemplary wastewater treatment process and the associated protection of the environment.

A CNC machine area with an attached welding department and automated orbital welding systems using the TIG process (tungsten inert gas) even allow the precise manufacture of customised, prefabricated system components (manifolds & valves, container systems) even under clean room conditions in Thailand, which, combined with the central location in the Asian region, represents a very attractive constellation for many customers in terms of short procurement routes.
