Effective cleaning - minimum residue, maximum safety

Depending on the application, the cleaning of components requires different processes. Dockweiler offers both abrasive and non-abrasive methods, customized to your requirements. Our processes reliably remove contamination, reduce particle formation and ensure consistently high quality. This is how we create the basis for safe and efficient production processes.

Dockweiler offers both abrasive and non-abrasive cleaning processes to ensure the highest purity in your production. Our non-abrasive processes include ultrasonic cleaning and the cyclic nucleation process (CNp), which was specially developed for applications with particularly high purity requirements. For verification, we rely on cleaning and testing procedures according to ASTM A 632, S3. For complex components, ultrasonic cleaning is an excellent choice in addition to CNp cleaning. Both cleaning methods enable deep cleaning – even with complex component geometries.

Abrasive processes such as anodical cleaning and electropolishing help to smooth the surfaces, minimize particles and optimize corrosion resistance. This also further improves the internal surface quality of the components.

Oil- and grease-free cleaning in accordance with CGA G-4.1-2018 and ASTM G93 standards ensures that no impurities affect the quality or efficiency of your components. We ensure that all surfaces meet the required cleanliness standards, thus maximizing reliability.
