UHP Manifolds for the Highest Purity Requirements
Dockweiler UHP (Ultra High Purity) manifolds were specifically developed to meet the semiconductor industry’s most stringent purity requirements. They enable the safe and reliable distribution of ultra-high-purity gases in sensitive production environments where even the smallest impurities can compromise process stability. Through their consistent focus on purity, quality, and process reliability, Dockweiler UHP manifolds make a decisive contribution to the availability of modern manufacturing facilities.
The systems are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel materials and can be finished with Dockweiler’s proven surface finishes, including electropolished ultron® surfaces. Manufacturing, cleaning, and packaging take place under controlled cleanroom conditions up to ISO Class 4 / US FED STD 209E Class 10. State-of-the-art orbital welding technology, continuous cleanroom monitoring, and extensive quality inspections ensure the highest product quality.
Prefabricated UHP manifolds are delivered fully assembled, cleaned, tested, and ready for installation. The high degree of prefabrication significantly reduces the number of welds required on-site, thereby minimizing particle sources and shortening commissioning times. All systems undergo a 100-percent helium leak test down to 1 ×10⁻⁹mbar l/s and are delivered with complete documentation and full traceability. This ensures maximum safety for the most demanding UHP applications worldwide.
CFOS Manifolds for Bulk and Specialty Gases
Dockweiler CFOS manifolds (Cleaned for Oxygen Service) were specifically developed for the safe and reliable distribution of bulk and specialty gases in demanding semiconductor applications. The systems are manufactured from high-quality materials such as 316L or 304L and designed to meet customer-specific requirements. Depending on the specification, defined surface finishes such as finetron, TCC, TCC.1, or ultron are used, all of which have proven themselves in the semiconductor industry for many years.
Prefabrication in a controlled production environment and assembly in qualified cleanrooms up to ISO Class 6 ensure the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. All manifolds are fully assembled, cleaned, packaged, and subjected to extensive quality inspections prior to shipment. These include, among other things, dimensional inspections, documented welding records, and a 100-percent helium leak test down to 1 ×10⁻⁷mbar l/s. Seamless traceability and project-specific documentation ensure maximum process reliability.
Thanks to Dockweiler’s off-site manufacturing approach, a large portion of the welding work on-site can be eliminated. This reduces installation times, minimizes potential sources of error, and ensures faster and more efficient system assembly while maintaining the highest manufacturing quality.
PCW Manifolds for High-Performance Cooling Water Systems
Dockweiler PCW (Process Cooling Water) manifolds offer a reliable solution for distributing process cooling water in semiconductor factories, high-tech production facilities, and modern data centers. The pre-assembled distribution systems are custom-designed and delivered as fully tested, ready-to-install units. This significantly reduces installation effort and construction time on-site.
The systems are manufactured from 304L or 316L stainless steel and can be equipped with customer-specific valve configurations as well as various connection and coupling solutions. Prior to delivery, all distribution systems are fully assembled, cleaned, packaged, and subjected to extensive quality inspections. These include dimensional checks, documented weld inspections, and a 100-percent helium leak test down to 1 x10⁻⁷mbar l/s.
